Some Examples of our Recent Projects
- Built a competency framework and position specific development plans
for business analysts and project managers, in a banking institution
- Worked with 11x city councils to produce separate customized operating
manuals. Specifically these were Codes of Practice with practical job
aids created to assist staff working in temporary traffic management
- Consulting partners for a NZ representative body of local government
to develop the New Zealand publication of “Temporary Traffic Management
for Local Roads.” Assisted with the nationwide implementation
of the standard, including training to end user groups of the standard
- Developed the Local Road TTM Audit training programme comprising
the Facilitators Guide, the presentational materials, the participant
notes, on-the-job aids and practical skills assessment. Wellington City
Council engaged Training Aspirations to provide training in the public
domain to the temporary traffic management sector in New Zealand
- Sourced and project managed a health and safety program for a government
department
- Custom-built on-line training evaluation surveys to retrieve participant
feedback since 2005 on a continuing basis
- Conducted a major needs analysis and formulated a strategic framework
for learning and development and related technological support in a
large Customer Contact Centre
- Planned and managed stakeholder group consultation from Whangarei
to Invercargill over a 3 month period. Results were reported and formed
the basis for product development
- Recruited senior training personnel for a State Owned Enterprise
- Developed a learning and development toolkit to assist line managers
with on-the job training responsibilities for an international bank
- Assembled a suitably qualified human resources consortium and managed
the tendering process to a government department
- Sourced a personal coach for a staff member with specific needs,
in an international technology company
- Located a venue for a management retreat for members of the hospitality
industry
- Brokered and provided project management for the implementation of
a management development programme in the manufacturing industry
